Not enough pillows.

No breakfast included but we weren't worried as we sorted our own at QVB
Can't think of anything bad

This hotel was in a great location with close proximity to light rail that could take us to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay and also very close to Paddy's Market and the Central Train Station. We did have to re ask for the bed to be turned in to 2 twin beds even though we had booked and sent a reminder about that request. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable and with microwave, kettle, fridge and stove top. All we needed for a great stay.
The corridor itself was quite smelly, however the room wasn't and it was great we could open the door for fresh air.
It's a shame we only had two tea bags provided for the two nights. The room wasn't remade each day but that was fine for us. Just as feedback, the standard lamp is very flimsy and would be better off without it really.

Excellent location. The light train is right at the front door and Central train station is within walking distance.
The room was spacious. The beds were ok. The kitchenette was a big plus.
The bathroom floor was so unclean that we had to use the shower mat to scrub it before we used it.
The gap between the shower curtain and the floor was so high that the floor got all wet when we had a shower.
Toilet seat did not have a lid.
I think the above problem can be easily addressed to enable guests to have a comfortable stay at the hotel which has great potential.
The smell of cooking at the reception area was overwhelming when you entered the hotel. The lift also did not look or smell clean.
