La ubicación, sin duda, super céntrico.
La limpieza y la atención por parte de los agentes durante la entrada, la estancia y la salida fue maravillosa y muy sencillo el proceso.
Fueron muy amables y nos permitieron ajustar la hora del checkout debido a un imprevisto.
La habitación de abajo olía tanto a humedad que no se podía dormir ahí. Tuvimos que dormir arriba en un dormitorio las tres personas.
Requiere arreglo de las escaleras y una mayor transparencia con las fotos ya que el estado era más deficiente que lo que parecía con las fotos (ducha, cocina)
Hubo mucho ruido de la calle el sábado que nos despertó.

Apartment location close to Sao Bento station and various restaurants, separate spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen.
The bathroom needs refreshing and repairing of the equipment (sink drain, toilet flush etc.)

La incomodidad de estar distribuido en 4 alturas, el olor a humedad, el deterioro de los materiales, el baño pequeño (sobre todo el lavabo)...
