We love the rooftop views and clean and comfortable room. The candy in the lobby is a nice touch. We also love the convenience of a supermarket nearby. It’s our go to pre-cruise hotel.

Very nice facility and excellent location.
We accidentally left three article of clothing behind. Contacted the staff and there was never a follow-up.

The front desk staff were very helpful with all our travel within the city as well as our trip to Germany.
The bed was harder than we like. That was the only issue we had.

Everything was fine except a sewerage smell in the bathroom. Room 203
The smell & the staff on the rooftop need training
