The location remains pristine and is within walking distance of the tram station. The staff were exceptional, and Imane, you are a ⭐! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get no misleading AI edits or unrealistic expectations. An honest representation, excellent service, and a beautiful location. Highly recommended!
Loved it all

The location was most convenient as we were taking the train to Fes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention is to be made for Imane at the Reception. She was warm and welcoming. We even got a recipe from her for Tagine :-)). The conciergeSaiid was also of great help in fnding us a suitable taxi for a tour of the city.
There should be at least a bottle of water in the room. It was disappointing, as we had just travelled from Marrakech in the heat.

The location is just steps away from the train station and tram line. The rooms were clean.
The air conditioner didn't work. The rooms were too hot to sleep comfortably. The whole lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.
