It is next to the shopping centre and walking distance to train station. The breakfast at the restaurant offers good selection and good value for money.
The lounge suite in the reception area is ripped and very old.

Loved the very large, newly refurbished and comfortable room and the friendly and helpful staff. Good location nearish Casa Voyageurs train station.
The breakfast was mediocre. Lots of very dry sweet cakes, very limited savory options, and I didn’t enjoy any of the beverages available. Didn’t seem like a 90 MAD breakfast. I was happy there were hard boiled eggs.
The train station looks super close on the map but it is a 10-15 minute walk depending on luggage and due to construction you have to cross an overpass with a narrow walkway. That is doable as a pedestrian despite it hosting both sides of traffic (the other side of the street had the sidewalk blocked). Doing this with luggage as well is miserable and people walking towards you will either need to walk in the street or you will.

Relax Hotel is perfect for a night or two stay, especially when coming into or leaving Casablanca. There is plenty of room out front for taxis or private transfers to pick you up with ease, it is directly next to some simple restaurants and a shopping center (mall, not a souk), and you can book with breakfast provided which is a relatively standard but good sized hotel breakfast buffet. The staff at the hotel is very nice, speedy, and professional. We got to work with Ayoub who was able to help us very quickly, and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a nice bathroom, no complaints.
The only complaint I can think of for this place is that it is next to the train station and a rather busy street. I was woken up by traffic a couple times during the night and it goes consistently through all hours, so not the most quiet location (this was also with setting a preference for a quiet room). Nonetheless the rooms were still comfortable and I was able to sleep, just a heads up for those who are light sleepers.
