The hotel has a perfect location, close to Casa Port train station, the city center, and many attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Casablanca. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is very good, with a nice variety of options. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Casablanca, especially for travelers who want convenience and easy access to the city.

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Front desk arranged for a taxi to the airport at 04:30 at a very reasonable rate. Didn't have to haggle with the taxi drivers parked outside the hotel which was amazing!
We found beds throughout Morocco as "too hard" for our preference. Unlike North American spring mattresses or memory foam, most beds we experienced were rock hard - dense wool on a rigid wood platform. Could really use a foam mattress topper.

The breakfast was scanty and same menu daily. The rooms didn't have clean towels and no wardrobe, no kettle.
