Location and spaciousness. Having two bathrooms is great with kids and adults holidaying together
The property was clean it just needed attention to some deep cleans like exhaust fan, air con vents, calcium build up around shower doors.

Great Location
Room desperately had maintenance issues. Some power points didn't work. Pantry door coming off hinges. Bedside lamp didn't work - kept flickering. Carpet poorly vacuumed - hair clips left on ground from previous. Shower mouldy. Room was not ready until 4pm. No one was available to take my call over the phone, so I had to find the main office in Broadbeach at 4pm to find out what was going on and why I didn't receive a key code???
