The location was fantastic. Very close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The swimming pools, spa and gymnasium were great. We had great views from our apartment.
We were warned, but there was very little in the way of toiletries and toilet paper. We were told that we could park anywhere, but it wasn't specified that parking for Soul guests was on level B3, which was a bit confusing when we first arrived.

Location was the only good thing about it.
Apartment was run down and not maintained. Cabinetry falling apart. Wardrobe doors not sliding. Rusted and dirty appliances. The bathroom window was missing handle therefore unable to open or close it. Ceiling in the master bedroom was not painted and there was glitter on the ceiling. The laundry ceiling was unpainted. All apartment was dirty. Windows were all smeared and unwashed. Balcony was dirty. No servicing included at all for a 4 nights stay. Bin chute smelled like rubbish the entire time. Elevators overcrowded with wait up to 25 minutes to get to the apartment. Upon complaining , the flooring was mopped. There were no other places to move to at such an exhort notice with 3 kids so had no option but to stay. Very disappointing!
