Uncomfortable

Location

Linen .. unclean No quilt , cheap blanket that were not warm and even no cover or sheet underneath Apartment - not up to mark Kitchen limited stock , not even a saucer pan to boil a tea , no bin liner, leaking bathroom. Host .. he first called and tried to down grade to one bathroom apartment as they had discovered a maintenance issues but when I resisted called after few min and said he found a new place when I stayed there I realised leaking bathroom and water on bathroom floor and Almost slipped and got hurt . I believe that despite knowing that there is a safety issues he went ahead with booking as I had offered to cancel with him and book somewhere else without any penalty. He asked me to pick keys from a different address as he said ist kept at seperate place So had to go n collect and then drop off from different address which was inconvenient . He texted at 5:30 am in bring.Saying can you throw rubbish away and checkout at 10 am . I had to find a place to throw some amount of rubbish we had . He has taken a 220 dollar deposit and I am hoping he can return it as usually people will just take hold and not ask for bank transfer It’s very disappointing that booking . Com has such unprofessional people listing their apartment He states that next time I book through Hilton to get better service

do not trust the company. 3 weeks to get deposit back

the only good thing is the location, everything else is horrific

the property was completely misleading. i got sent videos of a luxury two bed apartment and turned up to a one bed apartment with two single beds pushed up next to the front door. it was dirty, stains on the walls, the bathroom was completely see through so the main bedroom can actually see people go to the toilet and shower. generally the worst place i’ve ever stayed

Could not even find the key lock to get into the room very bad experience

Couldn’t even get to the room

Worst experience

We booked a week in advance and were told in the initial email the bond was $220 only to be then told on the check in day the bond was now $350. Something seemed off so we checked the reviews properly which was a shock. We then called the manager and told him our concerns to which he said he was unhappy with us staying there so cancelled our booking but kept the $500 we had paid. I have never seen such terrible service in my life, they’re just scammers, be aware and definitely take note of the reviews.
