Good location, walking distance to train station and some tourist attractions
Front desk staff when we arrived was not helpful at all. One of the rooms was not set up for 3 guests and we were telling him several times that the sofa was not a sofa bed and he kept on insisting that it is and he’ll send a house keeper to fix it for us and of course the room was only for 2 guests so we have to transfer to another room , transferred our luggages by ourselves..

Location was great
Booked for 4 and room was made for 2. Pulled sofa bed out and there was blood on the mattress cover, and no bedding. Had to walk down to reception to tell them and they knew it had not been made up, took me to tell them to do anything about it. There are no phones in the rooms so you have to walk down
