My first stay here. Was very satisfied. Staff lovely. Included breakfast continental and cooked fabulous value.
Room little small but being solo didn't actually matter happy to be there again.

It’s in an excellent location! The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was good.
Quite a lot of stairs! It was a bit noisy late on Saturday night!

Great location with lovely well decorated & comfortable rooms.
On this occasion I think we were just unlucky with our room MILDRED ROOM 4. Reason being was the noise which seemed to be coming from a Boiler or Electrical cupboard located outside our room on a shared wall directly next to where your head is on the bed. It was an incredibly annoying repetitive whirling vibrating sound which led to a very disturbed night and little sleep. So, while I’d absolutely come back to stay at the chain locker, I would ask not to have this particular room again. Aside that, loved it :)

Friendly staff, located in town centre
Room felt very small, booked in for dinner, specifically requested Sunday Lunch, told they may run out when we checked in and that they had run out at 6pm. Just very disappointing as the meals we ended up having were mediocre.
