Wonderful location with parking included. Quite and beautiful view of the sea (approximately 200m from the Gylly beach). Comfortable bed and love the ambiance of the whole place. Zana was delightful. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Continental style breakfast provided which had a good choice of foods. We stayed in the Bay room which had views of the sea. The property is about 100 yards from the beach/sea front and has plenty of off street parking. A circular bus service, no. 67, will drop you off in Falmouth town centre and at Penlee Castle, although if you're up to it, the castle is about a 30 minute walk away to your left along the seafront. The nearest bus stop on the seafront is to your right and across the road, by the tennis courts.

Very clean with friendly staff and a great location
The only negative would be the mattress

Location was close to beach
Parking on site
Room very clean
Friendly host (although seen little)
Not a B&B but a guest accommodation house, so nobody to check you in, you have to ring and get a locker code for a room key and sort yourself out.
Looking at other reviews breakfast has changed in recent months from cooked to continental and it was bare minimum especially if you have dietary needs. What was on offer is what you would just do at home and not something you look forward to day after day.
Overall did not feel the value for money was there, especially if in one of the smaller rooms, prices per night are too high for what is on offer.
