The people were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. Variety and quality of food were very satisfactory. Location is fantastic.
Can't really think of.

Location, location, location
found the housekeeping schedule very odd. They came at a different time every day, and over 8 nights my room wasn't cleaned twice.

Great location and wonderful facilities!
Beds are on the harder side and you’re not allowed to play boardgames downstairs in the lobby, which defeats the point of a family time a little.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Right in the heart of Tbilisi, with pretty much everything within walking distance. The staff were also quite polite.
I genuinely struggle to understand how this hotel is rated five stars. I’ve stayed in four-star hotels in Dubai that offered significantly better comfort, cleanliness and overall quality than this supposedly five-star property.
First of all, the room was extremely small, with barely enough space for two people and their luggage.
We had two single beds pushed together, and my mother’s bed was actually tilted! She kept sliding towards the edge throughout the night, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable.
The housekeeping was another major disappointment. Even after the room had supposedly been cleaned, there was still dirt and small pieces of rubbish on the floor. Throughout our five-night stay, it felt like housekeeping simply made the beds, replaced the water bottles and emptied the bins. The floors didn’t appear to be properly vacuumed or mopped at all.
The room layout was also impractical. For example, the safe was placed on the very top shelf, making it almost impossible to reach comfortably.
What makes all of this even more disappointing is the price. The value for money is simply not there. For what this hotel charges, guests should reasonably expect a much more comfortable room, proper cleanliness and a higher standard of service.
To be fair, the staff were friendly and the location was excellent. However, a good location and polite staff alone do not make a hotel five-star.
Overall, I found the five-star rating very questionable. The price simply doesn’t match the quality or the experience provided, and I would have expected considerably more for the amount we paid.
