The location is perfect. It’s close to Freedom Square, but not on the main street, so the area was super quiet. There’s also a large shopping mall and a metro station nearby.
The receptionists were friendly and welcoming.

I loved my stay here, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They assist me with all my inquiries. The service was great I had to ask for few staff and it got sorted right away. The location is excellent it’s just a step from the road so it’s not noisy at night. Overall I loved the place and would love to visit it again.
As for what can be improved, I recommend servicing the gym equipment, very minor stuff in the rooms as doors could be hard to open or close and to provide water bottles.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, quiet, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting in the room and the overall modern and tasteful interior.
The room was very well equipped — the air conditioning, safe, and TV all worked perfectly. Having an iron and ironing board, as well as a large hairdryer, was also very convenient. The kitchen was another big plus: it had all the necessary cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils, so it was very practical even for a longer stay.
The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
One of the things I appreciated most was the luggage storage service. My flight was in the evening, so after checking out, I could leave my suitcase in a secure luggage room under the security staff’s supervision and pick it up later. This made my last day in the city much more convenient and stress-free.
The only minor downside – Wi-Fi was a little weak at times. However, neither was particularly important to me, and overall I was very happy with my stay.

The location is very close to freedom square
Receptionist have no sense of customer service. I had informed about early check-in and they said its subject to availability which is fair.
But when I reached hotel with my luggage, initially they said they did not have my booking information and later accepted to keep my luggage in luggage room. They did allow me to checkin 1 hour early but did not seem happy about it.
Secondly the room cleaning is good but they never replenish the toiletries.
The towels provided had stains on them so make sure you get your own.
The entrance towards hotel smells of pee and looks shady.
They need to work over customer relations as no one at reception sounds or behaves welcoming.
Don’t rely on Wifi here as it is shit and the network coverage isn’t great either.
They just provide 2 small water bottles at first day and would never restock them.
Neither was coffee restocked
Stay here only if there is no other option available or if you plan to stay outdoors most of the time and just need a place to sleep
