The room was spacious and comfortable.
Parking was directly outside.
We are in the restaurant and the food was excellent , both at dinner and breakfast.
It's a family owned hotel and the pride and effort shows in every area.
There was nothing to dislike

The property is conveniently located in the centre of Peebles, a very pleasant town with lots of restaurants and good walking opportunities. The hotel pub itself is great - friendly atmosphere, great Guinness and lively.
The cooked breakfast was fantastic, perfect if you’re going for a hike!
Everyone was also very friendly.
The pub is lively - which is great - but it means it can be noisy until quite late (around midnight). We were at the back so it wasn’t too bad but we could still hear some music.
The room was pleasant, the duvet could have been a bit bigger and the floor didn’t seem hoovered, but these are details.

Everything was great, evening meal was superb and breakfast also, great atmosphere in the pub on the evening and the owner even let us put our motorcycles in his personal garage!
