Central location and surprisingly quiet for a Friday Night. And Peebles has a free car park!
Room wasn't all that warm.
The only wash hand basin was minute and impossible to fill the kettle from without using a cup.

Rooms were spotless, our thanks to Alesha for that. The manager was excellent he was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Customer service was excellent, I believe the managers name was WILL. Thanks . Will be staying there again.

Good feeling about it. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Room 3 was a family room and was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits were great.

The location is perfect, in the centre of Peebles.
We stayed for 3 days and housekeeping didn't clean the room during our stay. We had to ask for the heating to be turned on.
