Great location for getting around Edinburgh, and having a bar downstairs is a nice bonus. The room made a great first impression and was clean and comfortable. It could do with a little TLC in places, but for the price it was excellent value for money. There's also on-site parking and a lovely pub garden at the rear, which was a nice added touch.

Carpet in the room could have been a bit cleaner.

Great staff and food. Lovely room. Sadly no hot water early morning for a shower
