I had a really lovely stay at Nagano Tokyu REI Hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Nagano Station, which made getting around so easy, especially after a long day of travelling.
The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free.
Highly recommended! 😊
The only small downside was the shower pressure, which was a bit weaker than I would have liked. It would be great if this could be improved.

Nice hotel very close to the train station. Room was on the small side, like most hotels in Japan. Breakfast was good, with limited fresh fruit but many other options. Front desk was very friendly and they had several amenities and a good tea selection at the reception.
Not enough fresh fruit for breakfast and room space was limited, which made opening two medium luggages a bit challenging.

The location is so convenient to the train station and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, brew pubs, and to the temple and garden. The included breakfast buffet was extensive, tons of options, and delicious. Staff were very pleasant.

Great location with easy access to trains.
Bathroom too small and difficult to access.
Room too small for international people.

"Fantastic location, across the road from Nagano station - local JR, shinkansen, various sightseeing buses."
