I loved the onsite Onsen and style of traditional Japanese hotel rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful! Amenities were great! Beautiful hotel room view!
The only downside is that the hotel is located on the outskirts of Nagano, so plan ahead as it’s not easy to reach via walking. Shuttle buses are readily available however to help get around.

Little away from Nagano city however, good shuttle from rail station was provided by the Hotel. Room provided was clean with great view of the mountains. Staff were helpful and professional. In-house laundry facility with washer & dryer availability was very helpful for guests.
Breakfast spread was excellent with great choice of breads, fruits, all beverages, cheese, desserts etc. Lounge was very comfortable and provided beverages and snacks for all guests.

Lovely, lovely place. Easily the most pleasant stay in our 4 week stay in Japan.
Everything's designed to make feel you welcome and have an unforgettable experience. Staff is extremely helpful, gentle and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is something special, an experience worth living, honestly.
For us the only downside is that our room felt very old, it could use a slight renovation, or maybe it's just meant to be like that.
Also it's all very family friendly, and they have a shuttle service that takes you from and to Nagano station, which is really helpful.
A lovely, lovely place indeed.
