Staff are excellent 👌 Just a nice vibe about the place when you eventually find the place tucked away in a side street it's a welcoming entrance and reception
If you have a hire car park it in the multi story 5 minutes from the hotel its about 20 euros for 24 hours - do not attempt to park it on the street as you may get clamped as I did - no signs saying you cannot park in certain areas - got back to my hire car and clamped - 120 euros to get removed !

Great location in Lisbon
The box in the beds is structurally terrible as everyone hit there legs throughout the nights and can be painful. The light leaked outside our room and the staff said they would not do anything about it until the morning. Power went out a few times. Had to rent towels and pay to leave bags in the hostel, this surely should included in the price.
