had a wonderful stay at Casa do Pátio in Lisbon and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They were always on hand to answer questions, recommend places of interest, and explain the best ways to get around. During my stay, my suitcase broke, and they kindly disposed of it for me. I was also unwell for one day, and they took the time to explain how to get to the nearest pharmacy and even checked in to make sure I was okay afterwards. Their genuine care and kindness really made a difference.
As a solo female traveller, I also really appreciated how safe and comfortable I felt throughout my stay. All of the staff were women, and their warmth and professionalism created such a welcoming atmosphere that I felt completely at ease.
The breakfast was delicious, with fresh, homemade food each morning. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and everything I needed to know about the accommodation and the local area was explained clearly on arrival.
Casa do Pátio itself is absolutely adorable, with a beautiful garden patio that's the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is ideal too—it's easy to catch a tram or simply walk into the centre of Lisbon and see all the main sights.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay, made even more special by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. I would definitely stay here again.

This is such a hidden gem in the heart of Lisboa. The patio is so quiet yet short walking distance from most areas. Even during a weekend where there were major concerts, I didn’t hear any noise staying here. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel. Homemade pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee all day. The room itself was so quiet and I slept some nights with the windows open, just letting the breeze come in. I was able to do my laundry in the apartment and hang it outside in the patio with others. Almost all of Lisboa is hills, so you should know that before traveling. The staff made my commute easy by ordering taxis right to the front steps of the hotel and showing me a spot where Ubers can pick me up a mere 2-3 minutes walking. I would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived the team impressed us — they even helped with our luggage on the street, which made the start of our stay so smooth and welcoming. Every morning we looked forward to a fantastic breakfast, beautifully presented and delicious, and the housekeeping was outstanding throughout our visit. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the staff’s warm, helpful service made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to others and will most certainly stay here again if we make it back.

We was a couple traveling for the first time to Lisbon, and randomly chose this hotel. Absolutly perfect match, and will recommend this place!
Friendly staff, cosy backyard where you can eat your breakfast, that also was realy great! Homemade pasteries, eggs from an own farm, fresh juice.
Rooms and bathroom was clean.
