What a find! Really nice base for touring - tram stop outside. But what made this one of our best holidays were the staff. So polite, helpful and attentive. A very special shout out to Tessa. She couldn’t do enough for our family and birthday celebrations. We would return just to see her!
Breakfast was very good, perhaps a better way of keeping the scrambled egg hot, as it was a bit hit & miss, but still plenty of choice.
The management can be proud that the staff and facilities were a credit to them. The hotel was better than the photos on various sites.

This hotel is exceptional. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were cleaner than my own home. I will definitely stay here again.
