The staff was very helpful especially the receptionist Ayşe.

Amazing gym, very good pool, staff great, room good. The free water, tea and coffee in the room were nice. Hakan in particular was a friendly face and quite helpful.
For tourism location is about 50mins by public transport or 20-35 mins by taxi 10-15 pounds each way.
Breakfast is OK but not 5 star. Tea and coffee in particular were disappointing.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff made our stay feel special
The breakfast choices were delicious, nutritious and beautifully presented
Would have liked extra pillows and bedding in the room
The dust on the floor was not removed but otherwise the room was serviced very well every day

Friendly staff, clean enough
It’s about 3 star level, just a convenient hotel,
No natural beauty around, no mini bar in the rooms, not enough tv channels (just limited national ones)
Breakfast wasn’t included (if required it would cost 20euros)
