The room is small but well designed. The open 'corridor' is pleasant. Overall quiet, despite poor soundproofing. A quiet street close to busy streets
The shower is too small and wasn't perfectly clean.

Handy location to multiple Metro's and a good supermarket.
Quiet area at night, felt very safe and secure.
Only fault was very small and thin towels.

Very clean and tidy. Short walk to Menilmontant metro. Friendly helpful staff. Secure entry.
Very tiny single bed room on ground floor means couldnt leave the window open at night. Expensive for what it was, even for Paris. Could hear the upstairs guest moving around.

Helpful staff, good location, comfortable bed.
Small room. Poor kitchenette - no sharp knife or scissors, pan hard to heat due to uneven base, hob controls invisible.
