Staff were friendly and decent breakfast provided. Location is really pleasant - cafes and bars near by and view over lovely square. Bed was comfy with quality bedding.
Lift wasn’t working and although we were offered a free breakfast to compensate, it would have been nice to have someone offer help getting our bags up to the 3rd floor.

Great decor - shabby chic deluxe, really good vibe in the hotel, friendly staff, large room, short walk to Earl's Court Station. Enjoyed the cafe breakfast too!
It was pretty clean but my partner noticed the walls could use a wipe down. So just a little extra attention to detail in the cleanliness but really it's great overall.
