We had a lovely 'exclusive second floor room', very comfortable with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was continental with a good choice including scrambled eggs and bacon if required. The hotel was just inside the city wall on the edge of Veronetta and although there were road works going on outside, we didn't experience a lot of noise. We didn't make use of the spa facilities so I am unable to comment on those. The location to Verona's historical centre is about a 10 minute walk.
The hotel is on quite a busy main road. Apart from breakfast there were no other meals available so you had to eat out in the evening. The hotel is not manned form 9pm to 7.30am. The hotel door is locked after 9am and you have a card to let yourself in. There is a 24hr telephone number if required.

The property was very nice and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was also very spacious and comfortable.
The neighbourhood felt a little unsafe, especially when walking around. It was also a bit far from the city centre on foot.

Lovely room, comfortable bed and large powerful shower.
A set of drawers on the room for storage/shelf under sink for toiletries would be helpful. Eggs at breakfast went cold fast - cooking eggs to order would prevent this

Everything was just right, staff particularly Olga was super friendly and very helpful with recommendations
We felt very welcome.
If I had to say one little slight negative comment it would only be the shower door was not sealing water in totally and floor got a bit wet. But was a nice powerful and warm shower.
