I liked the aesthetics of the architecture, the cleanliness of the lobbies and room. I enjoyed the customer service experience.
I didn't like the fact that there was no honey at the breakfast buffet and that some of the breakfast food was getting cold.

The location was the best for the event we came for, it was affordable other than needing to change the dates costing me $400
One side of the bed was broken, the fee of changing dates was ridiculous!

We were able to check in a little earlier and we were so lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a balcony.
$100 on check in for damage deposit on top of the price of the hotel!
Takes ages to fall back in to your account!
Our room was lovely but very noisey! Early hours of the morning we could hear the noise from people outside near are room.
Pool would have been nicer if it was heated! Also, we were stuck in the lift for a few minutes after our swim!
