So far, this is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in the UK.
The staff are wonderful; the beds and pillows are very comfortable. However, the water pressure is weak.
There are no bin liners in the trash cans—if this is for economic reasons, I understand, but if it’s for ecological reasons, that doesn't quite make sense, considering the amount of water and cleaning agents required to keep the bins clean.
Breakfast is good, but the hot food wasn't very hot around 9:00 AM. For a four-star hotel, the quality of the food—as well as the coffee—should be a bit better.
The spa area was very clean, but it is quite small relative to the number of rooms, especially since non-guests are also permitted to use the facilities.
There is no proper Jacuzzi—just a few bubbles inside the main pool, at the same temperature as the pool water!
That said, I might return someday to see if there have been any improvements to the quality of the breakfast and coffee.
Best regards.

Location
Mattress was not very comfortable. White dried substance on the phone next to bed. Splatters of what looked like sick on photo above toilet
