Great location, very nice place to stay.
Lot of construction going on so was difficult to get in and out ,but this can't be helped.

The location was great. The hotel staff is friendly and facilities are wonderful. The room is comfy with a lot of space
The light in the room is fluorescence and cold which makes it a little bit depressing, adding the moth season which means tons of dead moths and some cockroaches on the hallway...not a good vibe.

Top quality hotel with excellent pool, spa and sauna. Rooms were huge with all the facilities you could want.
Balcony wasn’t very inviting.

It was close to Chatswood shops
The kitchen, utensils, and floor weren’t super clean. Had to wash everything to use, the gas stove was a bit dirty, and the floor made our socks brown. I also found a a curly hair in my bath towel before I used it.
