So, we were placed in the disabled suite, and they provided a porta-cot on request (for a fee). The room and decor were nice, a little dated though. It was reasonable for the room rate. Very little to see from the windows - except the place next door, so kept the curtains closed mostly. Was an okay check-in experience. Probably the biggest benefit was proximity to Rail/Metro station and Westfield.
I stayed in this place back in the 00s... and the decor has not changed at all. That was a bit disappointing, and there was old milk in the fridge from the last occupant (not replaced, opened)... reasonable cleanliness...
Not a terrible thing - in the end, would probably stay again = but, rate vs room for a night at near last minute... cest la vie.

Amazing location! Directly across from Chatswood Westfield and the street food markets on Thursday and Friday. We had a two bedroom two bathroom apartment which was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!
The rooms are a little tired and need a bit of updating. They also need a good clean. The carpet was quite dirty and some of our bedding blankets had marks and stains on them. Staff were helpful but you have to remember it is more like a serviced apartment than a hotel with full service.

Location was amazing.
It was very run down. Stains on the curtains and the couch. Unable to lock the outside doors. One of the bases of the single bed had sunk in. Bathrooms had mould and build up. The plug for the bath was dirty.
