The room was nice
It was a little bit smaller than I expected

Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is also fantastic, close to public transport, safe area, close to pubs and cafes and love the vending machine that has reasonable prices for drinks and chips.
My shower was full of black mould and the floor and tiles need a good scrub - it’s filthy. Bathroom window does not lock and you can hear people in the other rooms. The carpet needs replacing, the room needs sound proofing and a general maintenance tidy up.
