We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Drifting Sands Beachfront Retreat in Hokitika from 11–15 October. We had a great time and absolutely loved it! The beachfront setting made our stay extra special, and it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to others. We would definitely love to come back again!

The location was wonderful, and the retreat had everything we needed, especially the excellent cooking facilities, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. The whole place was a great base for our stay, with lovely surroundings and everything we needed to feel comfortable. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend Drifting Sands Beachfront Retreat to anyone visiting Hokitika. We would happily stay again! The hot tub was a real highlight and the perfect way to relax. We loved having direct access to the beach and being able to enjoy the beautiful coastal setting.

What a fantastic little gem. We had everything that we needed. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer to enjoy everything that was on offer. We will definitely be staying again on our way through.
