Super clean room and spacious. Loved having a tub after hiking all day. They even helped us bring up our luggage!

Comfortable, well located close to chatsworth.
Noise, noise, noise. Aside from proximity to a busy main road (as mentioned in plenty of reviews, so was expected), the noise from inside is some of the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. slamming, banging, crashing, and it sounded like someone was running laps in heavy boots above the room. Not a one off noisy day, i stayed for four nights.
The alternative entrance if you don't want to go back and forward through the pub required walking through a space where staff vape. The corridor to get to the room is heavy with some kind of air freshener. Neither of these are good for an asthmatic like myself.
