The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location was central and it was very clean
The stairs :) But it is Italy and stairs are a given in most places.

Room and bathroom are super clean. Location is a 10min walk from the main train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Very close to the main river too to see some great views. The reception staff are the best and answer a lot of questions and help you out in whatever ways you need.
Room might be a bit smaller than one might expect. For example. in the bathroom, if you use the wc, your legs hit the bidet since they are so close. In the shower, if you turn around, you might hit the knob of the shower and water temperature or pressure can change. It's not a big issue if you stay only a few nights and spend most of the time exploring the city.

Cleanliness and location were great
Room was way too small. The pictures are deceiving
