The hotel is in a perfect place of the city, near of the main station and the Duomo and center of the city. The staff is very kindly and the room seems a old but it's thematic about famous artists from there. The breakfast is also amazing.
It takes a long stairs to arrive there, not recommended to really old people. A little hard to carry the luggage.

Location was phenomenal.
You had to climb 55 steps up to get to the property. I am handicapped and it was extremely difficult for me.

Location is the primary factor. All the major attractions were just a few feet away and was super convenient walking around.
We found a couple bed bugs. And with heavy baggages, having no elevator posed a little challenge with getting our stuffs up and down.

Clean, good location. Basic needs covered. Minimal continental breakfast.
55 steps to 4th floor. No elevator. Bathroom so small you have to go outside to change your mind! Very small room. Not many plugs. Loud exhaust fan. Folding bathroom door with broken handle; noisy and hard to open. It's a pension, not a hotel.
