The proximity to Firenze Santa Nella train station was very handy and that a/c worked very well.
We lucked into getting a room with a bathroom, which was very nice. The toilet tank was leaky, though, so it was off and we used a shared bathroom to use the toilet.

Near places we were going to visit. Clean, had even toliet paper accessible. And changed out towels after a night. Staff helped us with a corkscrew and wine glasses.
No refrigerator, loud neighbors at 5 a.m.
