Great location, lovely spacious suite, professional reception and restaurant staff. Great food and coffee. Very reasonable room price compared to Sydney prices. There’s not much not to like.
During our two night stay, the room keys failed on two occasions. There was broken glass in the lounge area and a red stain that required cleaning. The shower area sits higher than the surrounding bathroom area so water leaks out and wets the bathroom. Our room wasn’t serviced during our stay but that may have been because we had family visit us and the suite was rarely empty. We did however get extra towels, toilet paper and ice brought to the room when requested.

Lovely comfortable bed and spacious room, excellent kitchen amenities, balcony very much appreciated for crying baby. Staff always great here, not our first stay at Realm and would happily stay again.
TV casting is a bit annoying, could never get it to work. Very much a first world problem but a regular smart TV that we could log into would be preferable.
