The location was perfect to the Canberra Theatre where we were going for a show, the reception staff were exceptional and knowledgeable
Wifi was terrible. My husband and I couldn't deal with the huge pillows, I ended up using a cushion off the sofa! I'm used to a low profile pillow, they were just too big and uncomfortable

Over 150 rooms but only 60 car spots so you aren’t guaranteed a spot. If not, you need to park in Wilson car park next door.
Rooms aren’t turned over by staff. It’s self-contained but advertised as 5 star.
Phone wasn’t working, so we had to go downstairs and ask for things if needed. We had to ask staff for extra towels because there was only one provided.
Because there was no concierge, we had to pack our own luggage and wheel it all the way to the Wilson car park ourselves. It is no comparison to a 5 star hotel. It looks good but the details aren’t there.
