A clean, comfortable hotel with lovely, friendly staff and a really stylish, boujee vibe! The hotel has a great atmosphere and feels quite luxurious. A fantastic bonus is the complimentary gym pass to Fitness First, located right in the town centre beneath Coles. It’s a really impressive gym with excellent facilities! Definitely a great perk that made my stay even more enjoyable!
The only minor downside was the roadworks and access restrictions due to the ongoing rail construction, but that’s certainly no fault of the hotel. Once the works are completed, getting to the town square on foot will be much easier and more convenient!

Clean and well appointed room with a great view. Very central location with friendly staff. Amazing food and coffee.
I booked the junior suite specifically for the layout and two tvs. Only one tv worked. Staff attempted to fix but was not able to. Maintenance was to visit the next day but still was not working when we checked out.

Everything was great
Getting in to hotel due to roadworks - you should signpost the corner etc

The room was big enough to fit another bed for my 14 years old, and the bathroom was also big enough to accommodate 3 people. Walking distance to the lake and the Floriade festival and we were lucky enough to get the last car park on the busy Saturday afternoon when we checked in. The room service was excellent and very clean.
The EV charging would have been handy if it's not use as car park at $35 per day. Saturday night fee of $660/night is double than the usual price due to long weekend and school holiday. However, the Sunday morning breakfast was short of staff hence was slow in service. The coffee took half an hour to arrive with no water served while we wait and the breakfast arrived 10 minutes later. The Monday morning has two extra staff, but we still have to wait 20 minutes in the bar area to get a table. The water & coffee arrived within 20 minutes and breakfast 30 minutes. It has improved by 10 minutes but still not good enough.
