The location of the property is super convenient! The New World supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s a great choice for travellers who don’t drive. The shared kitchen is spacious as well!
We booked two family rooms with private kitchens and living areas six months in advance. However, upon arrival, we were told that our rooms had been changed to dorm rooms, supposedly due to an email notification that we never received. After some discussion, we managed to get one room with a king bed.
The room itself was okay, but we were disappointed by the lack of communication, as we had bought ingredients and planned to cook and spend time together. If we had been informed earlier, we could have made other arrangements.

Great hostel, amazing location, lots of free on-street parking available, great recommendations from the friendly staff. Wish I’d had more time here!

Amazing location with lake views from lounges. Well appointed with huge kitchen & lounges
Small shower cubicle that when you shower the shower curtain sticks to your body. Other roommates don’t know how to use a shower curtain so water ends up on the bathroom floor.
