On site laundry, in room cooking facilities, fabulous water pressure and hot water.
Nothing.

Convenient location.
Good price.

Cleanliness was poor. Carpets hadn't been vaccumed (if they were, they were done very poorly).
Location was good.
Cleanliness was poor.
Easy to hear sounds from neighbouring room, including actual conversation. (Could be an issue if neighbours staying up late at night.)
Restaurant was overpriced, although food was good.
