The reception girl was so nice! Made check in very enjoyable.
Spa bath was nice in the room.
Temperature system was not great. The heater was the AC machine, so we woke up to an extremely cold room as we turned it off as the airflow was too much for the night.

Everything was really good - the person running the place was exceptional - nothing was too much trouble.

The distance into Te Anau and its location
The property is dated and certainly not a 4 star I would suggest this is a 3 star at the most. Having now travelled around NZ extensively this property was a disappointment and would not be recommending it.
