One of the many accomodation options in Te Anau... it is easy to reach, park and stay at... the property is well-equipped with all necessities, beds are comfy enough, and bathroom is newly furbished... it is within walking distance to the glowworm pier as well as the town center, so very much a good choice for those stopping for a night during their trip to/from Milford. Also, the hotel is very child friendly, as it offers a big lawn and a children's playground as well as free sports kits!
There isn't anything that I actually don't like...

The room and surrounding grounds were beautiful. I wish we had more time to enjoy it.
There was nothing to dislike.

Given a bag of cookies upon arrival was a nice touch.
Heated mattress pads was great and necessary. Extra heaters were good.
Reception staff were nice.
The room stunk of air freshener!! Gave us a headache even though we tried to air out the room.
The bathroom taps were separate, so you either had to use cold water or hot water, not warm water.
Decor was outdated. Bed covers were old and dated.
