The facilities were excellent. I used the pool and we ate in the Bar on both nights
We were overcharged for our evening meal on the second night and again we were overcharged on our bill when checking out. I had to query the amounts on both occasions and received an apology and a refund. This is really worrying that such a large Hotel can make two errors in a two day stay. Clearly there needs to be a review of systems.
Our room was not serviced on the day after our arrival and we had to phone guest services in the afternoon to arrange this. I had to ask three times for a firm pillow.

Staff were so lovely. I think this is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Massage in the spa was great and the swimming pool is beautiful

No robes in room
No water in mini bar
Had room service food wasn’t that good
