We had a lovely stay at The Heart this weekend. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the location was ideal for our day out at Alton Towers. The food was delicious, and everything was such good value for money. We couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely come back again!

Superior double is a spacious room with modern bathroom. We had breakfast both mornings (tasty local produce) and an evening meal (again delicious).

The breakfast was lovely, parking was very convenient, nice tea and coffee selection in the room.
The room did not look like the advertised photos, strange smell lingered the whole time, damp/leak stains on the walls, sharp exposed carpet grippers where carpet is too short, very warm room. Both of us had upset stomachs after dinner from restaurant.
