The hotel was located very close to the railway station which was perfect as we travelled by train. The staff were very friendly, helpful and answered any questions we had in no time. The food up in the Vega restaurant was amazing and great value too. The rooms were spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel as we moved about during our stay. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and it made our work trip a lot less stressful.
The fact we had to leave, could have happily stayed there another week.

Location and cleanliness of linens and shower
There was some dirt and dust in hard to reach place but that was visible to me which I didn’t like to see.

Given a room at rear of hotel which appears to be targeted at disability, woken at 3am by lorry being loaded close to room window
