Very nice pub / hotel, we have stayed here many times now. Very handy for the fish restaurant.
No fan in room and even though it was October it was still quite warm in the room.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the heating was on, so hot I had to turn it down a little. Excellent view of the waterways and the broads. Stunning location. The staff were very helpful and friendly, very accommodating.
There isn't a lift, but staff did ask if I needed help with the case, didn't like imposing on the staff so declined. Upper floor stairs were steep but managed. Other reviews mentioned 'Slow Service ' this happened, but it gave us time to relax.

Room clean and worked well. Even had the heating on. Staff especially manager very good / helpful BUT service severely affected by 4 no show staff - long delays on food deliver and quality of food was poor
Some parts looked a bit scruffy and lack of staff (4 no shows) affected appearance as tables not cleared and very slow food delivery - and when it came it was of low quality.

Location is excellent. Lovely building with beautiful views across the river. Quiet at night. Room was large spacious and clean. Shower was excellent. Ideal location for exploring the broads.
We had an evening meal. The quality of the food and presentation was poor. I have heard from others that the food at the Swan is very good. Certainly this was not the case on our visit.
