My room was very clean. Very helpful staff with my mobility disability in the leisure area. Helpful reception.
Toilet seat needed attention. Sunday lunch was ok but not the best I’ve had and coffee after was very expensive.

Check-in easy and fuss-free. Will on Reception was so friendly, polite and helpful - a really warm welcome. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Dogs were given as warm a welcome as we were.
Grounds are stunningly beautiful but out of bounds to guests unless you play golf.

Rooms had 2 double beds which were very comfy
No fridge and the lighting was dim at night - no main light.

The food was excellent and the restaurant staff were first class.
Several of the staff in the main hotel were not especially helpful. To access our room we had to go down a lift and then up another lift. We got lost and met other guests also bemused. There were no water glasses in room for drinking water / rinsing mouth in bathroom. Our particular room had a slight stale odour.
