Great staff very professional.
Lovely vibe, exactly what you want from Edinburgh
Unfortunately due to an issue with the boiler we didnt get to have a shower. Not really there fault and they did apologise for it

The location was easy walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and to the city center. The view out the window was lovely. It was a very interesting building to explore, especially the library.

Beautiful original features and location . Friendly staff . Good breakfast.
Small basement room, large exhaust pipe obstructing only window, excessively warm, no bath, expected better interior. Disappointing room for price. Expensive limited bar.
