The location was perfect for me as I was visiting Winchester and didn't want to stay in the town.
It's only 25 minutes to get to the park and ride
I have no criticism to add

Clean, friendly staff, and lovely room.
For a couple of hours, there was a small ticking / knocking noise in the ceiling. I can only assume it was maybe pipes, or the heating. It was only a tad annoying but that was my only qualm!

The location was good and the breakfast was lovely.
We stayed in the annex building and the room was very tired and dated. Bathroom needed lots of work.
